While driving down Burke Center Parkway on New Year's Day I was behind a car going about 5 miles under the speed limit. I figure it's someone texting while driving and proceed to go around them. I glance over to see a lady (who appeared to be about 80 years of age) wearing a bicycle helmet on her head. Perhaps her resolution is to be a safe motorist. What weird things have you seen on the Parkway?
