What restaurant chains would you like to see open on the Route One corridor? I wish Dak's would come back.

There's been no decent seafood place since Capt White's closed his doors. In fact, put it at that location. Tear down the MVC building to class up the place. It's 2016, why is MVC still around?

Tear down the TGI Fridays on Beacon Hill. It's a menace

No chains. NoVa has a few good restaurants, way too many places to go for faux cuisine and overpriced wines, and a large number of chains and supposedly ethnic restaurants where you can get prepared pre-made food. How about some moderately priced restaurants where they make everything from scratch.

YES! Dak's was a great restaurant. Nice bar too. Where are they now? Weren't they in Landmark Mall food court for a while a few years ago?

Yes, one of only a few at the time. Now, Chic-fil-a is the only option left in that desert food court. I would go there for lunch tomorrow but they're not open on Sundays
