Grew up playing in the Lake Anne Plaza fountain. My kids have played in it. The fountain was designed for kids, as the photo board *at* Lake Anne Plaza reminds people.

Yesterday we went over there & there were "no pets/no children in the fountain" signs on the fountain.
When did this happen and who approved it?
