My neighbor is extremely loud (3+ years of construction and loud music). Nothing seems to help - taking to him or calling the cops. Any thoughts?

Mind your own business or move to another area in Nova all the houses are built on top of eachother. Move to Ohio you can get a 3 br house on an acre for about 100k or 750 dollars a month
