Sugarland state security services came across this video while searching for terrorists operating a blog not licensed by the State Church of Sugarland. It is believed to show an Episcopal priest preparing for an attack on innocent civilians.

Led by Attorney General Jeffery Chiow, state security officials are investigating and have rounded up numerous undesirables. Several are being questioned as possible suspects in the case.

Officials remind residents to notify police if they observe anything suspicious.
