I remember about 40 years ago there were chain link fence/fences placed across a road/roads in the neighborhood across from the Coke plant on Seminary Rd. I don't remember much about these fences but I believe the neighbors "took the law into their own hands" and did this to stop cut-through traffic. I have searched the internet and am surprised I have found nothing about this. Anyone remember this and have more info?
