If you were going to redevelop Baileys Crossroads, what would you keep?

I'd keep Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, the Acura dealership, and not much else. Those are two nice places to eat.

Expand the Acura dealership.....it's way too small, and parking is a joke.

....and redo the Giant grocery store.....by modern grocery-standards, it looks like something out of the Third World. Look at the Giant stores in Vienna, Fairfax-Circle,and Loehman's...they are in far better condition.

Try and get the homeless under control... they're basically redevoping Bailey's one tent at a time.

Nothing. I would drop a tactical nuke on the whole thing.

I would nuke Culmore and everything along Columbia Pike as well as the vast wasteland of strip mall across from Skyline. Actually I might even go retro and level Skyline and reestablish the airport and develop around the airport with stores. Sunset Drive In would be improvement also
