Preregistration is required for Fairfax County's Independent Living Project that will be held Tuesdays, August 6 to September 10, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Burke Centre Library, 5935 Freds Oak Road, Burke. The Independent Living Project is a free program which offers one hour of education and approximately one hour of yoga or other exercise to increase strength and balance for adults over 60 years of age or younger adults with physical disabilities. We do not have light dance moves with music included in our gentle yoga classes. However, we do have some music along with our yoga classes in some cases.
