Its called indecent exposure, and yes thats a crime. Inside your car, there is no expectation of privacy so if your seen you might be charged.

Back in high school (2007) I got caught by a police officer while having sex way off a back road in the woods in Fairfax county.....I noticed in the side view mirror an officer standing there watching us. what a damn freak. We then got dressed and rolled window down and he asked for our ID's and ran our information through the system...we were clean, so he let us go - he even told us we could finish up what we started......good ol fcpd

I posted an ad and after an undercover cop showed up at my door and confirmed what I was looking for, 4 cops kicked in the door and arrested me. Was in Fairfax's ADC over a holiday weekend. Made bail, but convicted in court of Misdemeanor Lewd Act and finded $250 and 1 year probation.

Appears the Fairfax cops have expanded their priorities.

Add Craig List sodomy to juvenile crimes, license plate lights and missing donuts.

If true it is likely an old case. The Supreme Court threw out sodomy laws between consenting adults in a case from Texas a few years back.

Only two people show up in the arrest search for "Lewd", both were arrested for lewd cohabitation by a Macy's security guard in 2007.
