Truck Inspections in Mason Police District
Fairfax County Police officers assigned to the Motor Carrier Safety Unit, conducted comprehensive vehicle safety inspections today in the 4200 block of Markham Street from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. Twenty-one trucks were inspected. Sixty-nine safety and equipment violations were detected. Ten trucks were placed out-of-service and eight summonses were issued.

Twelve officers and two Volunteers in Police Service participated in the inspections.
