What's FC's stance on loud mufflers on cars? I have a neighbor with an old Ford Explorer full of crap that he uses to haul junk and that his wife (I presume) uses to drive to work and do errands.

Fine with all that but the thing has an exhaust that shakes the neighborhood when they start it up and pull out of the neighborhood - nothing custom about it - it just needs a muffler, period.

wear and old pair of boots and kick it off in the wee hours of the AM, then they'll have to replace it.

It wont pass inspection like that.

Definitely report it and see what can be done.

It probably makes its monkey owner feel all tough and manly whenever he hears it roar.
