Any hotels in Fairfax County where there's a huge bath tub in the room's bathroom? Like, large enough for two large people??

If its a jaccuzzi type tub with the water jets there is a concern about the residual water in the pumps. Before using one of these type tubs at a hotel you should fill it with hot water, add one cup of bleach, run the pump for 15 miniutes then drain and refill.
Housekeeping staff are required to perform this procedure but I would not take for granted that it has been done.

No worries, I'll make sure and bleach it out first before using it.

...and no worries about Hep-C. The gal I'll be taking a bath with is one I will be bringing with me. We're longtime friends with benefits and I know she's clean, and she knows I'm clean.

No, you get hep-c from tractor seats and public toilets.

For the "working woman" who you dont need to impress but still want a tub- Budget inn falls church on lee highway. its in the back section. Last I went you could haggle the desk clerk to give it to you for the price of a regular soom if you are convincing (so <100/night). There is a functioning hot tub but it is far from classy.

For your "FWB"- comfort inn will be just fine. I concur.

The Comfort Inns must all have those types of rooms. I stayed in a room like that in the one on Van Dorn St. years ago. It was pretty tight.

You can get a nasty bacterial infection in your urinal tract from those. I have a friend who got one from those tubs and landed in the hospital.
