Fairfax Corner, by far
you won't see the film reel dust and scratches that you'll see at Centreville Multiplex or Worldgate at Corner

Hoyt's in Manassas is also very good. Not in Fairfax County, but pretty close.

The theaters in Tysons Corner are excellent. Awesome sound systems too.

I personally prefer AMC Hoffman in Alexandria.
