Statue of Liberty on 123 Fairfax Station

Was on 123 yesterday and the guy was out on the side of the road dressed up as the Statue of Liberty for the Libery Tax business.

My question is this how much do you think he gets paid and how much would it take for you to do that? Attached pic is not the person just to give you an idea.

paid?? not much. I have noticed they are putting spics on the corners doing that shit. my guess is a flat rate. can't be more than $7 an hour.
