Does a DC Moving Violation Get You VA Points?

Apologies if this topic has been posted before, but I couldn't seem to find anything...

I usually never drive in D.C. so I got caught in recent sting by DDOT nailing people making left-hand turns on 17th and Penn NW during the morning rush hour.

Fine is $25 but I'm obviously more worried about 3 points transfering to my VA driving record.

Anyone know or have any experience with a D.C. moving violation ending up on your VA driving record? Or should I just pay the fine and be done with it?

Thanks in advance,

DC to VA reciprocity is there. You will have the fine and driving points for VA license.

Glad to hear they are doing something about that, those turners are dangerous and clog the shit out of the area with their stopping.
