Concrete Front Step Replacement

The concrete work on my front steps to the sidewalk could use some work. The front door step is a flat surface with about 5 feet by 6 feet and probably 18 inches high above ground. That section has the surface worn down from weather, salt - ice chipping damage to the point you can start to see the underlying larger stones in the concrete. The section between that and the street is probably 2 36 " x 48 " slabs. Those sections need to be replaced because they have sunk into the ground and are no longer even.

For the main section referenced above do they resurface that somehow or do they jackhammer the whole thing ?

for people that have had similar repairs in Fairfax what did it set you back ?

Thanks

Resurfacing is cheaper.but will not fix any cracks or sinking.Ioffer free estimates.manionremodeling.com
