Large house on Kentwell Circle (off Pleasant Valley) burned to the ground overnite. Anyone have any details?

Hopefully nobody was hurt!

Also, with the news on folks burning their homes because they cannot make the mortgage (payments), hopefully it is not thet either!

Yes, the home contained oxygen, fuel, and an ignition source.

I'm thinking a burn rather than a re-fi. as well.

Ain't no such thing as "jewish lightning" when you are in default on your mortgage.

Except that the bank gets a new house to sell....

From what I understand, one of the daughters woke up in the middle of the night to see flames and luckily the entire family and their dogs got out in time before the house burnt to the ground.

Everyone is safe. The fire trucks woke me around 130 am. The whole house is destroyed. It is very sad. The family was lucky that their daughter woke up in time to get everyone out. The last of the firefighters did not leave until 4 this afternoon.

yeah the family will receive profits from a charity event at Fosters Grill on March 5th - something like 15-20% will go to them.
