Lawyers Seek Elliot Transcript In Criminal Case - 2/18 -


From the Fairfax Connection: "Early on Monday morning, February 4, a woman called the DC101 radio show 'Elliot In The Morning' and identified herself as Amber Lynn Koger. Elliot Segal, the morning host told the Connection Newspapers that she sounded hysterical. She said that she had been living separately from her husband and the police had come to see her and her two children to be sure they were safe, Segal related. She said police told her they had gone to the Oak Hill home and found that someone, presumably (her husband Jeffrey) Koger, had shot up the walls and burned personal effects. Segal said that law enforcement officers and lawyers in the bankruptcy case had sought to obtain transcripts of the exchange, which was broadcast on the radio." According to the Connection, Jeffrey Koger is suspected of embezzling up to $2.2 million in funds from local homeowners' association accounts via his family's management firm and being involved in a 2/2 shootout with police.....

Maybe he's playing the insanity card after allegedly stealing from dad's company. Interestingly, the corpulent Greek lady who stole some money from the PTA gets more press than this guy who presumably stole millions from Fairfax homeowners. Interestingly, the company changed its name and still manages HOAs...
