How affluent is KIMBERWICKE Rd, McLEAN?

hey, a fx. station girl told me that this was a really rich area. i've been to fx. station for a party but never the above road.

which area is wealthier?

Here's the tax assessments for 1007 Kimberwicke Road:

2009 $921,110
2008 $1,047,220
2007 $1,123,200
2006 $1,102,750

If that's an anus, it's a pretty, pink, porn star's anus, not a hairy, brown, smelly anus like most of the posters here have.

The Vanhovens sold their house in August 2010 for $1,020,000.

It's a great area of McLean - not countryclub, mcmansion. Mostly normal sized colonials and ramblers with spacious yards. Benefits - close to all major transportation routes - easy access to Tyson's, downtown, Reston and Maryland. Excellent schools with attentive parents. Downside - Fairfax County and the schools think the area should pay their own way for all services.
