Brittany LyneƩ Defore, Fairfax Station, VA. FALSELY ACCUSES Justin Thomas Payne.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fairfax City Police arrested a 24-year-old man who (ALLEGEDLY) kidnapped his ex-girlfriend in the Breakers' parking lot on May 13.
Justin Thomas Payne, of Mineral, was arrested on Tuesday. Police (SUSPECT) him of grabbing his (ex-girlfriend) from behind, binding her wrists and feet and leaving her in the rear hatch storage area of her car.
She was found by an acquaintance shortly after the incident.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
With hands bound she was unable to make a call (let's say maybe 911) from her cell phone but, she could TEXT her friend in the bar TO LET HER OUT OF THE CAR. WoW - Any holes in that story?

ever think her hands were bound around her waist where she couldnt get the phone up to her ear. might have been too scared to have remembered you could put it on speaker phone.

If she was too scared to remember how to use a audible phone function she was probably too scared to select a specific contact and text that person without seeing the phone.

Hit the emergency call button on the phone, listen quietly, when you hear the faint "911, what is your emergency?" start screaming you are kidnapped in a trunk at Breakers
