In between the Stringfellow HOV exit off of 66 and the turn for Fairlakes shopping center theyre checking for dead stickers.

Because fighting real crime would involve FCPD having to do actual police work!

FCPD = Mayberry PD. Barney Fife and Andy Griffith. The bottom 10% of your high school class becomes your FCPD...such azzholes...being like they are crimefighters and shit...couldn't pop a drug bust if you handed it to them ....but they can meet quota and write 3 (three) traffic tickets per day ...which I hear is the minimum these days or else your name is posted to the big board.
