Question about the new taxes???

First let me start with a statement...THEY SUCK!!!

Ok, now my question. What are the bounderies for "Northern Virginia" as far as these new taxes are concerned? I tried to find it on the NVTA web site but I could not.

Arlington
Alexandria
Loudoun
Prince William

plus the cities contained within those boundaries

Yes, and since the rest of the state cant afford it, they give it to us. Also, we are expected to pay for the rest of the state's road improvments but the rest of the state does not have enough to pay for ours, and does not expect us to get mor thean them in that regard.
