There is a guy who walks down Braddock rd, in Fairfax close to University Mal, with a Tuba. He plays the tuba, which by the way has propellers on the front of it. I am trying to snag a photo of him. Can a get a lil help with this? I think he's an awesome bit of local color and just want to document this awesome and unusual human being.

He's kinda sorta well known around these parts...

I do believe he is GAY....and should have that tuba shoved up his ass.
