Does anyone know of a diet doctor in Alexandria, Manassas, Tysons, Fairfax area? Preferrably one that gives you the diet pills on site and has B12 injections and doesn't charge a FORTUNE. Thanks,

Go to Dr. Posner (google serotonin plus doctor posner). He's in burke. I lost 50 pounds in 3 months easy. It's healthy and no injections needed. You're a fool to mess around with anything else.

It's called eating right and working out. Stop looking for the easy way out. There is no magic pill or injection that healthily eradicates fat for the long-term. Anybody who tells you otherwise is more interested in your wallet than your health.
