A citizen reported that a squirrel was refusing to get off of the top of his truck tire

MPO Sheeran was able to convince the squirrel to leave the area and he scampered off into a wooded area.

I saw a squirrel that had been run over on my way home tonite. it's guts were splattered all over the road

I'd like to know exactly how MPO Sheeran was able to convince the squirrel in question to leave.
Did he promise the squirrel something? A pay off, or a promise of lenient treatment?

He was promised more nuts.

If the cop just happened to be around andsaw and helped the guy with the very difficult task of scaring a squirrel, fine.

If the "citizen" actually phoned 911 or even a non-emergency line, he deserves a tasing.
