So what's up with the old guy on 606 near the vicinity of Trader Joe's and the Silver Diner?
See him on a regular basis in the afternoons cleaning up the streets and sidewalk with a broom and dustpan - often times standing in the middle of the road while doing so.
Just some local nut case on a community beautification project or something far more sinister?

I see him once in a while too. Maybe just has nothing else to do?
There's a guy that's been taking care of a lawn/treed area at the corner of Braddock Rd. + Rt28 for the last couple years. I think it's HOA property? He has cleared all of the wild crap that was growing in the trees, mulched the whole area and fixed up the lawn and keeps it mowed. This must be around a 1/2 acre at least. Looks pretty good now!
