police, fire and ambulance on braddock and shadow valley drive?

anyone else stuck in the rubber necking know what happened there? as i went by, i say a sousaphone, and 2 bikes laying on the ground.

Ambulances are from the fire department here in Fairfax county

Something on the scanner about roaming musicians peacefully purchased some donuts at the Giant there at University and ran into trouble heading west in the morning rush traffic, hopefully they are okay. Quit rubbernecking and let the police do their job!
