Accident on Fairfax Parkway (btwn Lee & Hospital)

Any details on the accident which happened c. 11:00 am between the Fair Oaks Hospital and Lee Highway? Looked like a vehicle may have gone off the road. Saw my first unmarked police SUV, which left the accident scene with siren and lights.

A guy was on his cell phone and Fairfax Citizen ran him off the road and sped away.

gee, thanks buddy. i hope the cops get fairfax citizen and take his cell phone away from him. maybe they can nail him for speeding and fine his ass big time.
