Woman Sexually Assaulted
A 28-year-old Annandale woman was sexually assaulted in the 4200 block of Americana Drive on Thursday, September 20. She took the trash out around 10 p.m. and as she returned to her building, she encountered a man in the hallway. The man touched her hair then grabbed a handful and dragged her outside. The suspect pulled her to the rear of the building and sexually assaulted her. The suspect threatened her and fled on foot. The victim was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital to be examined.
The suspect was described as tall and thin. He was a dark-complexioned Hispanic male wearing a long-sleeved, black shirt and pants. His head was shaved on the sides and short on top.
