Is at the 29 on Lee Highway DAJAX BTW Im also 6-6 and not fat lol . There's no real BB left in NOVA, sorry people you'll have travel many miles south to find some, canned smoke injected into a oven is not real BBQ , you may as well go to Giant and buy those ribs wrapped up with sauce on them and microwave them or the plastic tubs of BBQ

they use a shitload of olive oil and cook in the microwave so it doesn't get that shitty smoky burned flavor that ruins southern 'barbecue'. Sorry, but barbecue is really something the Yankees do better.

You are entitled to your opinion, even if it is wrong. Poorly made, any BBQ can be bad. Well made BBQ almost always takes time and some effort. Trying to speed up or simplify the process by turning up the heat or other gimmicks can adversely affect the product.
