Wow, that guy is dumb. He didn't even wear a mask. He'll be caught sooner or later.

Hey dumb ass bank robber.... That 2 inch thick plexiglass is bullet resistant and entering a bank with hat, gloves and a coat when it is in the mid 70s is a big give away. If I was the bank teller, I would have told you to fuck off and remotely locked the doors and laughed as the police kicked the shit out of you.

Maybe Officer Jeff Hand has been paroled?

He was a 23 year FCPD officer assigned to West Springfield High School that robbed banks on the side. This was the late '90s, yeah, he might be out by now?

You people are lame. As long as he doesnt hurt anyone i hope he gets as much money as he can. If gets caught he will do more time than a rapist. That is unfair....

from "Photo 2 of Capitol One Bank robbery suspect" it isn't a real gun at all...it's a Crosman C11 airsoft gun.

and not that it really matters either, he will be charged as if it was a real firearm when caught, that is, if he isn't shot first when he points it at the wrong person who happens to have a real firearm, be it a private citizen or a LEO.

Looks like my link died. I'll just mspaint them side by side and attach it this time. Look at the slide serrations. identical. You can also see the "safety" switch on the right side of the gun, above the trigger guard.

It's real alright, low rent "Saturday night special". It could still kill someone up close.

Could be a fake, but the fake is a replica of the Beretta PX4.

true, the bb gun was patterned after the Px4, however you can tell the suspect's gun is not a real Px4 because of the slide serrations. In the surveillance pic you see on the gun the slide serrations are angled towards the rear sight. On the real Px4, they are more vertical/forward facing. On the suspect's gun, there is also no safety lever there.
