about a crime

hello i was trying to figure if some one could tell me. if 3 guys are charged wit a same crime because they were together.and the first one who went to court was dismised or they government said they don't want to continue the case.what could happen the other two?

The two left over can still be tried. Perhaps the first one ratted out the remaining two, happens everyday.

Depends on why it was dismissed or not continued... if it was for a reason that pertained only to the 1st guy, then theres no telling for the second 2...

but if it was dismissed because the crime as a whole (invalid evidence that led to the 3 being charged) - then the same thing should happen...

i base this off movies and tv.. so.. take what you want from it..
