Weapons Violation Arrest

10-16563
3965 Jermantown Road/Seven Eleven – On September 23 at 3:03 AM police were called for a report of a firearms violation. A group of subjects who had stopped at the business to perform a minor vehicle repair were told by the store clerk to leave the area. An argument ensued during which the store clerk produced a handgun and fired multiple rounds striking both vehicles. No one was injured or struck. After all involved parties had fled the area, the suspect was later located in Fairfax County where he was taken into custody. Brian Andoli Otiende, 26, of 10404 Viera Lane #533, Fairfax, was charged with two counts of attempted malicious wounding, one count of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and one count of maliciously shooting into an occupied vehicle. In addition, Otiende was charged with two counts of carrying a concealed weapon by Fairfax County Police. Otiende was held without bond.
