It is always pitiful to experience abuse from a partner. My partner was such a violent individual. He used to hit me without cause. I was terrified to live in our home because he used to constantly drink and chastise me without cause. My children were still very young at the time, so I had no choice but to endure all of this. Thankfully, he spared our kids from witnessing his haughtiness.  Finally, I made the decision to consult a domestic violence attorney. I was initially hesitant to approach the attorney, but he was very receptive to my problems and assisted me in divorcing my partner.
