I don't want to say that Robb drank alot over the last 30 years, but his liver is so black and bloated it could have starred in 'Precious'

The liver is the most resilient organ in the body and can repair itself. Speeak was actually made diet and lifestyle changes and given up the booze, he is much healthier than a year ago and is extending his life.

Same can not be said for the titular subject of the show, whose whole life revolves around cheat meals and excessive alcohol consumption!
