This fucker finally got caught in his own shit and is in hot water - former Herndon Police Officer, James J. Passmore (aka JJ Passmore) is finally on the other side of the law facing some serious charges.
Passmore was one of the most abusive cops in the Town of Herndon until he was forced to leave earlier this year. He abused the badge, his powers, the people he put in jail and those he let get away, mainly women who he would end up fucking to get charges dropped. All of this while he worked and was in uniform because he is also a Town of Herndon resident. Very convenient.
He was a cop for over 20 years and during this time he did a lot of foul shit but just never got caught, until now. He had quite a few IAs they just never stuck, you know how police protect their own. So, he was forced to quit the police department because he got caught lying about a second job he wasn't supposed to have while he was under investigation for theft charges from the HPD! I am so glad he got caught and is now facing felony Theft charges.

Passmore was my coach many years ago... yes I agree he is a jerk and runs the optimist club like a dictator, I had no choice but to stay there, it was the only place where I could play football.

I got pulled over by this asshole a few years ago for the first time for DWI and ended up in jail, this is way before cops in herndon had cameras i was not that fucked up but the ways this mans treated me was worse than you would treat a rapist or murderer. He got off this rocks because he had a badge. After being released i saw him out eating at Anitas and his attitude out of uniform was completely different, i hope this man gets jail time

i had the same experience when i was in basketball, this org is the only org in town so i wouldnt have to drive to chantilly to play, i was also a ref for basketball and he was really different with the girl coaches, like he would act their age and flirt with the girls it was really odd and he favored them. I think he was also dating this one woman coach because when he would ref her games he would not make a lot of calls so that her team could win. I dont know if she still coaches but she was nice and fair. He was nice but if he did whatt hey said he did then he needs to pay the price.
