MIKE O'MEARA'S FLORIDA STARTER HOME IS SAFE!

Something good came out of Mike O'Meara only being able to afford a small Florida starter home; his entry level, farther inland housing development {and second home to hundreds of wealthier vacationing blue hairs}, avoided Hurricane Ian storm surge from flooding Mike's house.

Being less affluent at Mike's age has its benefits. If Mike had money he would own a home on upscale Sanibel Island which got destroyed - as did its causeway.

Mike, good job on being less successful in life!

Insurers brace for hit from Florida's costliest storm since 1992.

After more insures leave FL, Mike's flood / homeowners insurance will go thru the roof - like Hurricane force winds.

The Florida private insurance market is collapsing. I know.

After this hurricane, Mike and other Florida homeowners like myself won't get policy rate increases, again, we'll get cancellation notices.

Mike is really screwed. He lives in Lee County where the eye of Hurricane Ian hit.

With changing global warming weather patterns, won't be the last.

CALLING MIKE O'MEARA!

Florida homeowners were already facing an expensive and difficult market for home insurance before Hurricane Ian. The devastating storm is about to make things worse — even for those fortunate enough to escape any damage

Dateline Saturday Oct 1.

73% of Lee County, Fl residents where Mike lives, still have no power.

If only Mike had a Generac Generator.
