anyone know of any good attorneys that hate HOAs?

seems that every real estate attorney I talk to has a conflict of interest in fighting a property management company. National Realty Partners to be exact

I know a number of good attorneys who would be willing to take on HOAs, provided you pay them their hourly rate, you provide a deposit up front and you have good credit and income. On the other hand if you walk into their office with no ready cash, demanding justice and expecting the attorney to take the case based on the hope the HOA will pay in the end, do not be surprised if they suddenly remember they have a conflict of interest.
