Trying to checkout if a bar is for sale? Where should I look?

I heard a local bar is up for sale and I am curios to find out how much the owner wants? Where can I look up that information?

Can you afford to buy this place? Do you know how high risk owning a bar is?

Not looking to buy it. Just want to know how much the owner wants.
