Bringing up his arrest record arrest would be racist.

Leon will be kept in a holding cell by himself with a box of books and magazines plus a radio and some snacks. Every other day they will escort him to a empty cell block to use the shower and he will get to use the Securus Video Connect tablet for an hour each day to chat with friends and family.
