It's not hitting VCIN directly, it's another area that ties everything together. Eye color, height, weight, blood type, whatever... none of that matters because it isn't considered identifying data. Identifying data is your DOB, SSN, DL# issued by DMV etc... as verified that the CCW permit was issued to that person. People can wear colored contacts or even have their eye color surgically altered in various ways. Even a tranny can't change their DOB.
