My daughter goes to Oakton. The driver is a pretty popular kid. His father is Middle Eastern and very wealthy and connected. He gave the son the beamer as a present as he was going off to New York this summer to enroll in hairdressing school. The kid is a complete fruit, very feminine. I own a BMW M3. 500 horsepower. My brother gifted it to me. I am very careful with it. It is not just fast, it handles like a race car. It took me a week to realize the car could ride a bumper NASCAR style. Not a car for the immature or impulsive. Even a lesser powered BMW is a terrible car for a teenager. The rear wheel drive is very challenging in the rain or snow. Repair costs are insane - not a car to get for a young person. I get it - I bought my kids cars so they could travel to the Ivy League schools they attended. And yes, I was rewarding them for their hard work. But they were all wheel drive Hondas, used and regularly checked out for brakes, plugs, coils and even the dumb timing belt Hondas insists on using. And yes, the first emphasis was on safety. The facts of this accident are not yet completely out, but I question this parent’s judgment. And I would have said this even with no accident.

Uzi didn’t appear in court yesterday. Did he skip to Pakistan already ??
