All smart people check the restaurant inspections before eating somewhere....
Looks like City Grill is doing good so far. But we'll be watching you, so make sure it stays that way.

Isn't that where Pargo's used to be? There is a reason that place has been closed for years. It's called "location, location, location."
Good luck on your endeavor. However, that is really a shitty location for a restaurant. Not sure why you didn't go with the space where Damon's used to be. You can at least see that from Sudley.
