My cabinet is slighly loose and HUNG WITH KOREAN DRYWALL SCREWS. Should I tighten them?

Yes, the back of the cabinet the screws are in isn't hardwood.
Any USA carpenter is either crying or laughing at this point.
(drywall screws are made to snap off to the side under pressure so that drywall can be removed they are NOT made bend and hold indefinitely like ... wood screws)

the backing isn't too thick i'm afriad if they drywall screws don't snap - it will just "crush the not real wood" backing
there are no "rails" in the back - just a thin backing
looks like ... I'M SCREWED
by illegal alien assholes and corrupt contractors and made-in-china .com cabinets

keep in mind this "cabinet" is holding 1/8 ton of ROCK, it's basically nice rocks

I think it will be better to search someone for help. There are a lot of companies which work with kitchen cabinets remodeling and repairs. Try to search online on some bulletin board in your location. I found guys from https://www.cabinetoutletdepot.com/kitchen-cabinets-in-etobicoke/ when we were renovating the kitchen.
