There are plenty of people committing welfare fraud. These days the charges are dropped by the prosecutors office. At most they are put on a payment planwith a 100 years to pay it back - total joke. Check some of the non-profits that Fairfax county churns tax dollars through. One of their "social workers" was convicted of welfare fraud in 2011.
