Mexican arrested on corner of tabscott and Leescorner in Chantilly

3 cop cars with spotlights on him

his arms were around the sign looked like he was cuffed to the street sign haha.

but anyways i saw his greasy mex hair slicked back and short, dirty too. brown skin

thats how i knew. I went back and watched it on the street, the put him in the car

how do i find those police reports ffx county puts out on like an adobe format ?

I think i saw it once. not too long ago on here.

Fair enough. He was cuffed to the pole because criminals do this funny little thing called 'running' when the police try detaining them. And if a squad car was not available at the moment, a stationary pole will do the trick. Sounds like it worked on this Mexican also. Bravo.
