Hello

Time to finish the basement and I am looking for someone who will do a good job at a fair price. Anyone have referrals from past remodel or basement project?

Thanks in advance!

I don't think this is the right place to ask. Try joining Angies List at angieslistcom or asking your neighbors. You'll get a better response.

The fine members of Fairfax Underground are our neighbors.

Go with Sage Construction. They do fantastic work and their prices are very reasonable.

Thanks, I'll add them to the list of companies we consider.

(to eia;ef: I am talking to my neighbors and will also pay for Angie's List as a part of the process.)

I got Sage right away. Good Source, I used Sage Construction INC. May make a difference using their exact name and INC OR LLC.

We got some work done recently by a neighbor who does home repair work and some remodeling work. JRW Home Mainteneance. Jeff is the guys name and he is very honest, reliable and fair. His work is good and thorough as well. Google his business's name for referrals.

HTL did a basement job for someone recently that I know and they were very happy with him and also did two house renovations in Hollin Hills and they recommended him in the neighborhood news letter. He has completely renovated two of my homes, popped the top, new kitchen, basement, and renovated my new home almost 100% renovated, never a problem, never a worry. Call him if you want hassle-free contractor, trust me.
