Lmao, I remember that dude...

either I saw both eps, or maybe just the 2nd one.. but i remember them saying that they've featured the guy on the show before - getting caught..

As fucked up as I think the show is - I still agree with what they do (just not the filming part).. when I saw that, i was just like... good job dumbass

Wow, I forgot that guy was around here.

For those who haven't seen this guy on the show or don't remember it:
He walked in to a house where he was going to meet a 13 yr old boy/girl for sex COMPLETELY NAKED.
This was before dateline worked with the cops so he justwalked free afterwards.
Less than 24 hours later they bust the same exact guy by telling him to meet a 13 yr old kid at a McD's.

it is funny, but I like 13 and under. 15 is way too old for my taste.

All which begs the question, why is this asshole still on the streets? How many times does this guy need to be arrested before he spends time in prison?

I was shocked when I saw this guy way back on Dateline. He was the manager at the fairfax circle Mcdonalds for a while, then he moved down the street to the Mcdonalds near the court house. He always seemed a little bit like a fruit, he had this british accent.

I don't know about you all, but I think that not only should sexual predators have to be registered with the State where they live, but the State should post signs in their front yards!

I don't care about their rights any longer given what they have done....

Is MANBLA in town for a meeting this month?

Man in Bushes Exposes Himself to Students
A man standing near the intersection of Glade Drive and Reston Parkway allegedly exposed himself to several children on a school bus on Monday, June 4, around 8:15 a.m. The school bus had stopped at the intersection and several students looked out their windows and saw a white man, approximately 30 to 40 years old with his pants around his ankles, exposing himself. The bus driver was not aware of the incident at the time. Students reported the exposure to school officials. Police were notified and the area where the crime took place was searched.

The suspect was further described as being approximately 6 feet tall, medium build, with short, straight brown hair. He was wearing a dark shirt, black pants and was carrying a black umbrella.

whoa there. you clearly dont know what being listed on the sex offender list really means. for example, you will be put on the sex offender list even if you are found not guilty. this is, if you post bail. otherwise, you can sit in jail for six months awaiting trial. to top this off, VA loves to put anyone on the sex offender list for even the dumbest things. a college kid goes streaking from one building to another: sex offender. soon enough, sexual harassment will get you on the list. perhaps ill just say you kicked me in the balls and have you charged with sexual assault. i hope you enjoy you stay in prison. however, few people know that they will be put on the list when they post bail, even if they are found not guilty so you will get listed. just so you know it's IMPOSSIBLE to be removed from that list, once you are on it, you are on it forever.

VA loves to put anyone on the sex offender list for even the dumbest things.

Yeah, i know someone who mooned someone during a basketball game. Incidentally, some chick down the street saw it happen, mentioned it to her mom, and her mom freaked out and called the cops. This guy's picture is now on that website for life. He's kid of an asshole anyway, but it's still a pretty unfair punishment.

Unfair - Agreed however....

If you had a 5 year old daughter who came in contact with "the someone" you know who had the audacity to take his pants down in public, would you really - honestly want her to be around him? Truly - search your heart and reply as to what your gut is telling you?

Gravis - thank you for your post because I had no idea how even the most innocent of acts could get you on the list! Maybe some how, some way your post should go out to the public. Fair warned is fair armed: and if someone decides to take a chance and do something that may result in their name getting added to the site and the list - then so be it!

I just believe that sexual offenders are lower than bottom feeders and since (as in the movie "Escape from New York") a place does not exist where they can all live together and DEAL with EACH OTHER - putting signs in their yard, painting their homes neon colors, and providing them with a mandatory pair of jeans and T-Shirt that says I AM A PERVERT - STAY AWAY are all acceptable - to hell with their rights!

I cant wait till I read in the news that this guy who just wrote this post got arrested for selling soiled underwear to underage kids or being a predator himself. Usually the ones that show no mercy for even the ones who got caught up in mistakes are the first to show up in the papers

You are SO wrong!

Mistakes are forgiven, but someone who purposefully exposes him/her self, forces sexual activities on children and even adults who say no are SCUM - period - end of story!

You're creating a straw man argument. That isn't the point I was trying to make.
