All PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN had to do is ask congress to pass a law requiring that home made guns have a permanent serial number placed on the receiver of the gun with the serial number and information about the gun , caliber, type provided by the federal BATFE the agency created by congress to enforce gun laws in the USA with a simple serial number application that can be done online .
The American people have a right to make these guns ! OR to manufacture any types of guns with the proper permits !
That would be a constitutional reasonable way to keep track of making these so called "Ghost Guns"
