In search of secluded property for large field/yard party

I don't need a list of Places such as Parks/Hotels/Centers/etc. I need a location preferably a backyard or field to host a group of 45+ people, for a late evening gathering for a birthday party/keg party. Help me out, its for My friends 23rd birthday and he lives in a townhouse and we have no where else to fit everyone invited. Hook it up....girls and booze..what could be better..... I

loads of fields and crap in the southern part of Fairfax County, then most of Prince William and Loudoun have a lot of that.

I think you'll have to trespass....any private landowner would have to be totally insane to allow such a gathering to be held on their property.

Can you imagine the liabilty?

There used to be all sorts of places to go a few decades ago. Now with all the development, good luck with that. As mentioned, private property is about it, and nobody wants the liability anymore.

Last field party I went to, was clear out to Warrenton. And THAT, was a party!
